PROJECT
Our project responds to the increase in inactivity among young people, caused by the increase in the use of screens and which affects health, through the increase in obesity, documented by the latest Eurobarometer, and the Gasol Foundation report, “Steps”.
To respond, we will intervene in schools, families and clubs, with the objectives established by the WHO, to create an active society, generate healthy active habits and complement the HEPA strategy that the EU is carrying out.
ACTIVITIES
The activities that we are going to implement to achieve our objectives are: research work on physical condition and the use of screens, Annual program of activities that make up our Healthy Active Life Project, Interaction activities with adapted sports athletes, EUROPEAN collaboration plan with HEPA, through the recommendations and proposals for activities of the local institutions of our consortium and multidissemination activities in each country.
We intend to generate healthy physical exercise habits, change routines and fight against sedentary lifestyle in young people, for this, we create:
